Transportation Request Forum: Due to new Medicaid Regulation, please go to Southeastrans member portal and sign up to setup transportation. If you haven’t signed up, call 1-855-325-7586. For more information, click here


No Same Day Pickup: You must call J&A office to confirm client two (2) days BEFORE the day of transportation. We do not do same day pick up.


Payment: If a member does not have Medicaid, a bill will be sent to you from the J&A office and will have 30 days to pay the bill for the transportation you asked for before a Late fee is charged.
